Instructional Technology
- 1:1 into Gr 2 (increased number of CBs needed each year for rotation)
- Software, hardware, virtual connectivity needs for Microsoft TEALS
- Hotspots, broadband cards, and MiFi units (internet source for digital and virtual learners)
Athletics & Co-curriculars
- Large equipment purchases

Staffing

Revised Base Salary (Tier A) and Hourly Wage Scale

Add an IT Assistant ($78,000 annually, including benefits)
Increase Reading Teacher position to fulltime (add 0.5FTE)
Fulltime substitute teacher position ($55,000 annually, including benefits)

Additional paraprofessional position ($47,000 annually, including benefits)
